Hollywood comes to Beanotown this week as the Mayor decides to bring tourism (and money!) to the town by running a film festival. The kids all decide to take part. What could possibly go wrong?! (You should know better by now not to say that! – Ed)

2. How to train your Gnasher!

It’s a tale as old as time. Boy meets dragon/Gnasher, dragon/Gnasher wants to eat boy, boy and dragon/Gnasher become best friends! This is a heartwarming story of friendship, overcoming fear… and sausages! 

3. Mission: Impractical!

Gasp! Evil forces have stolen the plans for the world’s loudest whoopee cushion! It’s Harsha’s mission to locate the plans and return them. This post shall turn into spaghetti in five seconds. Five… four… three… RUN! 

4. Fart-tastic Fourteen!

Cosmic rays in space have had a strange effect on the Bash Street Kids. They all now have superpowers, so are even more super-annoying for Teacher. Well, they would be if the rays hadn’t turned Teacher into supervillain, Dr Detention! Can they stop him? Ooh, the drama! 

5. A Min-daft Movie!

After finding a portal in her garden, Minnie and Francis find themselves transported into their favourite game. But how do they get home? First, they need to help the villagers defeat the evil Creechers! 

Beano 4286: What’s Bugging Roger?!

1. Don’t Bug Me!

When Roger’s asked to mow the lawn, ‘No Mow May’ gives him the perfect dodge – until the grass gets out of control, that is! But it’s not just the grass… the bugs are out of control too!

2. Art Attack

It’s a battle of the brushes when Dennis and Walter both enter Beanotown’s Young Portrait Artist of the Year. There can be only one winner… but who will it be?!

3. Birdbrain

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Erm… nope. It’s a yeti up a tree! Yeti thinks he’s found an egg and tries to hatch it with eggs-citing results!

4. Prank Wars

Has Harsha met her match when it comes to being the best prank-player in Beanotown? Tricky Dicky and Harsha face off in a battle of the ages where the rubber chicken is mightier than the sword!

5. Testing Times

Gulp! The Bash Street Kids have a test to do, but they end up testing Teacher’s patience more than anything with their attempts at cheating!

Beano 4285: Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

1. Noise annoys!

A Beanotown crier has announced that Lake Mess will be renamed after Mayor Brown! This inspires Minnie to see what it would be like to shout loudly for a living and causes havoc in the streets!

2. Causing a stink!

The villains at S.M.I.R.K. have developed the Fartotron, a disgusting whoopee cushion gun which can propel stinky gas in the blink of an eye. Can Dangerous Dan save the day or will he fall victim to its odorous charms?

3. Park life!

Dennis is talking Gnasher for a walk in the park and find a football on the grass. Gnasher decides he needs to have a wee on their new find, but Dennis boots it away and hits a cage-fighting champ in the face!

4. Sign of the times!

Harsha has brought a huge box of ‘CLOSED’ signs and hands them out to her classmates to cause some mischief with a side order of mayhem!

5. You’ve been framed!

The Beanotown art gallery is being burgled by Banaman’s biggest foes. Will the fruit-fuelled superhero be able to stop them from making a very expensive getaway? Armed with his wits, a permanent marker and a bunch of bananas, he might just do it! We’re as surprised as you are!
